Registration fees
Academic > 700 € (early bird!) - 850 € (After the 1st of November 2010)
Industrial > 1150 € (early bird!) - 1300 € (After the 1st of November 2010)
All prices are in EUROS, VAT 19.6% EXCLUDED & 20% reduction fee on the 2nd participant of the same organization. [1]

[1]Terms and conditions:
(1)REGISTRATION FORM: This registration form constitutes a legally binding contract.
(2)REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees include 2 lunches, 1 dinner (Cocktail - Gala Dinner), 4 coffee/tea breaks and the Proceedings of the conferences.
(3)BANK TRANSFER: Care must be taken that any transfer fee is duly charged to the registered participant.
(4)COPYRIGHT: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Gate2Tech in connection with this event is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
(5)CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY: 5.1 Cancellations must be in writing and be received by November the 15th 2009. Before November the 15th 2009, 20% of the registration will be lost. After November the 15th 2009, registrants who do not cancel by that date and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee paid. Gate2Tech is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by registrants. 5.2 Your registration can be transferred to a colleague at any time.
(6)PROGRAMME CONTENT AND TIMING: It may be necessary for reasons beyond control of Gate2Tech to change the content and timing of the programme and the speakers without notice.
